Tbh using the Dale cooper david lynch classic shirt it is in the first place but passing lane DOES NOT MEAN you can drive 20 to 30 mph over the speed limit specially in the middle of town where it is busy. Usually the people that need to go around someone in the left lane are intending to speed above the limit of 10mph over posted limits. That is technically the point where it is considered reckless driving by police and they can write you a ticket 100% then for speeding. When ever im in the passing lane im already going 10 mpg above the speed limit to pass. Its the other assholes trying to go 80 to 90 mph in a 35—>60mph at the center of a big town that are the problem. Our area has a problem with entitled anarchiests and hill billies This is why I just pass then go back to the travelling. Makes life easier instead of getting mad at someone staying in the passing lane. Also I think those long queues look dumb. Just go around them instead of trying to make them do the right thing.

If I had a genie or something one of my first wishes would be that people that drive like that would always miss their exit until they fix their driving habits. I like the Dale cooper david lynch classic shirt it is in the first place but ones in the left lane that are driving along, I’m going 80 on cruise, i move to the right just cruising along and they speed up, then slow down because they are varying their speed they don’t know how to use cruise control (too technical) so they keep slowing down then think you are trying to pass again then speed up to get past you…extremely common in california Turning on lights in rain is also a law, but 60% usa drivers does not give a fuck, there are cops driving in rain with lights off…. no common sense and no enforcement…. To be completely honest sometimes I get over into the passing lane and forget I am there. I usually drive well over the speed limit (as close to legal as possible) so it is more convenient to remain in the left lane for while. If someone comes screaming up on my ass, it makes me remember I am in the left lane and I move over ASAP.
