I’ve never had a bad doordash experience from a driver. The few that are shit though are of course going to be posted about here more than a post saying how everything went smoothly. These dashers have got to be trolling or something atp bc there’s no way there’s this many of them tht are doing this peculiar behavior with no repercussions. DD is obviously not short on drivers so why are creepos still allowed to dash? It started with drivers subtlety and politely asking for more tips(which has been going on a couple years now)and It was even kinda funny sometimes the Dads Army Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this way dashers would shoot their shot at customers but recently they have been way more aggressive, creepier and sneaky about their actions which just make us look bad in general. I dash in a city w about 960,000 people so I’m pretty sure I dash directly among these weirdos smhhh

Some people just out there bro! After covid I feel the Dads Army Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this service industry it’s the worst ever. No matter the industry.. to those who actually care thank you very much! May your tips be endless! Most offers I get are for $5 or less, unless it’s a 10+ mile trip. Having priority access did not improve this. Huge oversaturation of the market. I too remember the relatively easy days of $28-45/h orders with low mileage. Way too many drivers in markets now. Which is good for Doordashs profit (as long as they can keep their rep up), but not the drivers. Unfortunately those days will never come again. I haven’t dashed in 1.5 years because of it. It was a great steady income while it lasted. Yeah, they’re all assholes now. I bet they don’t even report all of their wages and tips like you for sure did. None of those things have ever happened to me. You have to remember: nobody is going to post “everything went great and absolutely nothing of interest happened on this delivery,” which is 99% of deliveries. You were making $30/hr profit but how much wear and tear to your car? That’s what always held me back from dashing. I have heard them since the beginning. I am so glad we have grubhub here. I have been frightened away from door dash for quite a while now.
