Like you do kind of have to make a kid eat. If left to their own devices they will eat candy and cereal and die of malnutrition. So there’s a valid need to ensure that your kid is not only eating enough, but that it has the Columbus Crew Wincraft 2023 Mls Cup Champions Team Decal shirt but in fact I love this needed nutritional value. It’s not helping them but I think this is an antiquated view. I don’t think younger generations kids aren’t being treated like this. My daughter’s 5 and instead of forcing her to eat too much food we ask that she take a bit less than she thinks she might want to eat. If she wants seconds that’s easy and isn’t wasting food. It usually results in her eating all her food without us having to say a word about it. Because a lot of kids if left to their own devices wouldn’t eat a balanced diet. A children’s multivitamin isn’t enough and shouldn’t be an acceptable substitute. Neither should these kids protein and nutrition shakes. Your kid needs to eat actual food. Sure don’t feed them adult portions but they have to eat something. Like 3 bites of food at each meal and then up and running around and then being able to eat an entire dessert isn’t acceptable. It is fostering poor behavior for when the kid is older.
