One time, I had to call verizon support (Which used an Indian call center) and I was nice to the Christmas The Elite Gift That Keeps on Giving Holiday Shirt Also,I will get this guy on the phone. After he resolved what I asked him to do, he started crying and told me that I was the first person to be nice to him in a long time. I legit had to console him for couple minutes! Made me think how bad those folks are treated on a regular basis God, I hope I never turn into one of these self-centered, miserable, disrespectful, and unaware assholes. I see so many people who are so miserable and impatient, I don’t get it. I know we all have our hard time and rough days, but even when I’m going through a hard time, I still treat everyone with respect. Years ago, a customer service rep gave me a discount coupon just because I had been polite in our interactions and hadn’t blamed him for a problem that he obviously could do nothing about personally. There’s an older lady that shops at my work maybe twice a week, and always goes up to every single employee and thanks them. “I appreciate you and everything that you do. Thank you.” Every. Single. Time. I love her so much.

Rude assholes are not just limited to the Christmas The Elite Gift That Keeps on Giving Holiday Shirt Also,I will get this United States. I think there is a lack of compassion that has also infected part of our world now. Unfortunately, no not really. The customers I’ve had negative experiences with, I have never gotten nasty to them. I’ve always been apologetic, helpful, and kind. Bad customers are bad customers. Sometimes, and I do truly mean sometimes you being understanding about what their upset about can help thaw the harshness they’re throwing, and sometimes they apologize. But I’ve had customers who are absolutely hell bent on being miserable, and are trying to take as many people down with them as they can. However, I work somewhere that backs its employees, and doesn’t just let people stomp all over us. The customers know that, and most act accordingly. They know if they are assholes, they’ll be told to leave. It’s companies who reward people by giving them what they want, that reinforces people to continue acting this way.
