I’ve worked 4 days a week for the Christmas Funny -In-July Flamingo Shirt moreover I love this last 10 years. It’s absolutely amazing and when you have a holiday throw in the week it’s easy to take weekend trips I did 10hr days as opposed to 8 but the key is the 3 day weekend not so much the hours worked. I find Data Science to be low stress. I am 20 years into my career and WFH full time. Almost any Data Science job is at least 100k minimum. Director level is 200k+. Although everything is so ridiculously expensive these days I’m tempted to get a second full time wfh job. Feels like 300k is minimum to live the life my parents lived in the 80s on 100 I highly recommend checking out the book (or even better, the audiobook Burnout: Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily & Amelia Nagowski. I ended up on FMLA for mental health reasons (not all due to burnout, but it definitely didn’t help) and it really helped me. It’s very evidence-based and the target audience is what you are describing. Best of luck— hang in there, it can and will get better Try to get a job with the Dept of Education (if you’re a U.S. citizen). I just made the switch from private sector (not to DoE, but a different agency), and I am a major fan of the work-life balance and reduction in stress.

Anything Grade-11 or above on the Christmas Funny -In-July Flamingo Shirt moreover I love this GS tables (after locality pay) will get you that 75k you’re looking for. More, probably, since you have 12 years of experience. Listen very carefully to your body OP. I did the same thing, kept going and the health fallout was horrendous, I literally couldn’t do anything for eight months. Consider part-time, consider other roles at your companies, consider other companies, but whatever you do don’t ignore your body screaming out for a break check out the book: Burnout by Emily & Amelia Nagoski. If that’s too much for you right now, they have a podcast called the Feminist Frequency. The coping strategies they go thru were helpful for me, as was the context on what I brought to the table vs what was forced on mye from outside. You might not be able to change your situation right now, but you can learn how to do a few things that might be helpful.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
