My dad is an attorney. My parents are well-off. My mom engaged a very reputable malpractice firm who reviewed all the Cheech & Chong 53rd Anniversary 1971 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirt Additionally,I will love this documentation (including a bunch of videos my brother and I recorded on our phones that really documented the issues — ALWAYS RECORD ANYTHING YOU CAN!), but their assessment was that while we would 100% win in court, the court case would likely take 5-10 years and be very expensive, and the law firm basically said “we are confident this would win in court, but statistically, there is a strong likelihood this case will outlive one or both of you, and you need to decide if any potential outcome will actually benefit you or your children vs the amount of time and money your family will have to spend on a lengthy court case.”

Why the Cheech & Chong 53rd Anniversary 1971 – 2024 Thank You For The Memories Shirt Additionally,I will love this fuck are court cases legally allowed to take years??? I get in cases of like missing persons where it’s really hard to get evidence if they’re still missing but if your lawyer feels confident you’d win why should it take YEARS Virtually every malpractice case is done on contingency, meaning you pay nothing unless you win, then the attorneys get a cut of your take. Don’t want people to think they have no recourse on medical malpractice. In cases of legit malpractice, you can find an attorney without spending anything. It’s absolutely worth getting 2-3 consultations if you’re in that situation and see what the attorneys think. Yup. I had a malpractice case I was suing over last winter. The lawyers took 1/3 of the award plus costs which were nearly another 1/4 of what remained. My medical files, when printed out and stacked, were nearly four feet tall. Not in boxes, just the pages and folders. The case dragged on for years, since it was filed in 2015. Covid and a few other things added to the length of time, however it should’ve been tried well before covid even became a thing.
