Have you checked your thyroid, OP? This seems something to bring up to a physician, definitely ask your derm as well. Could be some other underlying condition… What type of soap or body wash are you using? My skin hates soap and certain body washes. I try to use moisturize body washes. Also, Vaseline lotion helps after a shower. Consider seeing your doctor and getting your thyroid tested. I have Hashimotos and my skin gets dry like this even with lotion.
