Well.. either you do it or someone else on the Casts In Cruel Intentions shirt Additionally,I will love this team may get the same offer and you’ll report to them. Are you good with that? The company might actually mean what they say, or (like more here assume) they just want to work you like a manager/director and pay you like a staff. You never really know. I’d probably take the chance, tied to a review date set in stone. If they screw you on that, just start looking. Tell them no formally, since you will need to be compensated for managing/taking on new roles/faces in your workplace. I’ve worked for my company in management for approximately 4 years now. When I was hired I was given a wage and told they will draft up my contract. 4 weeks later I signed my contract and it was less than I was offered before taking the position. I was sour but figured I would prove my worth and demand more next year. I ended up being moved around in the company, same level of management just in a different area of the company that is a little more labor intensive both physically and mentally and has a higher pay cap. It was a new boss who offered me this position and once again we made an agreement on wage and he drafted up the contract.

A week later when he called me up to sign it; I once again saw that it was less than we discussed and straight up refused to sign the Casts In Cruel Intentions shirt Additionally,I will love this contract. I told him they had one week to draft up a contract on the agreed upon terms or I quit. Half hour later I was signing a contract with everything that was offered to me. I’m a very hard worker (on vacation this week and still spent over 20 hours at work just for the sake of my team) but I am very open with the fact that I don’t quit jobs I quit bosses. I will almost always go the extra mile but i refuse to be disrespected by my bosses. My effort is for the sake of my team not for my employer. I am rambling here a bit but my point is put yourself first; if I die today their only concerns are filling my position not looking out for my family. Consult legal advice if you have to but put yourself first when it comes to employment. You may think that you don’t have leverage. But you do. A lot. They let your boss go because they had you. You’ve obviously demonstrated capability for the role for them to make that decision at such a high level. And remember, a promotion isn’t for what you’ve done… it’s for what you will do. Quite plainly, they are taking advantage of you.
