Some people just amaze me. I probably would have blocked him long before that conversation ended. I really do hope you recover. Sorry you had to deal with that garbage. Edit: I don’t message people to buy my work ever but most of my clients have health issues and buy my art to comfort them through them. So you never really know what art does for people. Luckily my art brings peace to people in difficult times. Who knows if he read your sarcasm or not. Ive lost count of how many times Ive seen people like this on reddit. Is it a bannable offense on reddit to start asking people if they are autistic? To be fair, I was a little confused as well. It’s hard to read sarcasm over text even though you mentioned the Cameron Johnson American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets Poster T-Shirt and by the same token and stroke, but you continued on like you were interested. I wouldn’t have hit you up in the first place but someone like this who is looking for an in kind of got it.

Could’ve just denied the Cameron Johnson American professional basketball player Brooklyn Nets Poster T-Shirt and by the same token and offer instead of trying low effort sarcasm. I get it’s infuriating, but it could’ve been avoided. Have you tried being direct instead? It’s hard to convey sarcasm in text, people can’t read your mind. You could easily say “No, thank you” and be done with it. Notice how they stopped saying anything when you finally said something akin to “no”? Dude, just say “no”. I got these sorts of messages all the time. Just say no. If they pursue it any further just block them. I had one of these before and they actually left me alone when I said I’d think abt it. Feel like I’ve missed a bullet here You went through a pretty big ordeal but this person doesn’t need or deserve your responses. Just say “I had a medical emergency and will message you once I’m back online if I think we’d be a good fit” end of story. Lmao wtf is this. This is bad but there are different cultures that don’t have or don’t understand sarcasms at all… And also weirdos I’d have suspected sarcasm at first ,but “I might just fall in love with it” followed by giving me your discord would have scrambled my sensors entirely. I’ve had times when something terrible happened and spending some time pursuing a hopeful activity (such as looking at a logo for a channel you stream on even though you’re not sure you’ll get to do it again) was exactly what I wanted.
