Edit: To everyone asking why I care about the Bullet for my valentine flowers T-Shirt in contrast I will get this stars. I have one of the fun coaches who gets mad if we don’t get a 5 star/walk up after a customer leaves and hit 5 star. You can also get immediately fired for pressing 5 stars, rating manipulation is a fireable offense and employees aren’t allowed to rate. they’re told us that it’s our stores policy to press the 5 stars and if we don’t we can get coached or punished by being stuck on a register only. this store is literally going to be the death of me lmao. however, the management literally covered their asses by saying “no one here has ever told you to press the stars”. like,,??? if i ask literally every other up front associate they’ll tell us you did because they did tell us to press them

Bullet for my valentine flowers T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’m not blaming you, management is clearly at the Bullet for my valentine flowers T-Shirt in contrast I will get this wrong. Pretty messed up, my store does the same thing and they wait until customers leave and hit the ratings for them which defeats the entire purpose of the rating system they are so far up our asses about it they could probably talk through my mouth. they only care because it affects their bonus. i get nothing out of the 5 stars so i typically just ignore them. we’ve got observations this week and im so nervous they’re going to coach me because i didn’t fully promote the surveys. i know but if we don’t do it we can get coached or stuck on a register (i absolutely hate register) and they do it as punishment. my management has a thing abt retaliating if they don’t like you tbh they’d probably fire all of them if they got accounts from a lot of the employees. one of my close employee friends gets banished to register all the time because she refused to do the 5 stars because she read corporate policy. however, i don’t know if they’d do anything to management due to the fact that they would try to save their ass by saying “we never told them to do the stars” even tho they damn well did
