If you get coached, insist they put the Be A Loner Be A Rebel Pee Wee Herman Loner Rebel T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this reason in writing. IE: not pressing 5 stars. Take that written coaching to Market/Regional. the thing is, i’ve gotten coached before for a stupid reason ,, they’ll do it again.. i let them know my cat was having major surgery and i may need to check my messages for updates and they coached me for that + leaning on the check table thing in the bullpen they turned it into one yellow coaching First and foremost, they cannot give you a disciplinary action for not hitting the 5 star, if they try, call ethics, 1800WMETHIC. It and I cannot stress this enough, is an automatic termination if an associate is caught hitting the 5 stars as it is an integrity issue. I know it happens at my store, however, I just remind them that if they are caught what could possibly happen, and I never catch them hitting the 5 star survey. So your best bet is to not touch it, let them attempt to give you a DA, call ethics, or market, regional, they will conduct an investigation, and all involved with forcing you to hit the 5 stars will be gone. Trust me that corporate has zero issue terminating a whole management team from a store and bringing in their own people until new permanent management team is hired and brought in. They have done it before and they will do it again.

Stuck on a register only isn’t a punishment. It’s mats for the Be A Loner Be A Rebel Pee Wee Herman Loner Rebel T-Shirt Apart from…,I will love this feet and a fan blowing on me… please let me be punished like that i only dislike register bc there’s too many people for me personally and we don’t have fans on our registers either That’s what they told us to we have to hit 5 stars when a customer walks away or anytime we see it and if we don’t it’s a coaching. You can absolutely go above the store and complain about that, especially if a few of you do it at the same time. They want you to push five star for their bonus. No other reason. I’ve been hitting one star everytime I buy anything for the past 2 years we’ve been getting so many 1 stars our store got in trouble but idc cause they won’t do anything to our store cause we’re the second most profitable store on the east coast funny enough they had a thing going around for a while that an associate might have been tanking our numbers by pressing one stars, and they asked every employee if we knew who it was, and if they found out who it was, they probably would’ve fired them.
