Yeah before I had my daughter it infuriated me. I now have a 2.5 year old who is generally very well behaved and engaged when we go out to eat, and I get it. I take an led drawing tablet, a book, a colouring/sticker book and crayons which are the Buck Fiden Political 2024 red blue shirt and by the same token and first resort. If that doesn’t keep her attention it’s phone time – however we either have the volume off or so low no neighbouring tables can hear, and it has to go away when the food comes out. We do the same, but also matchbox cars as he can’t leave home without a fistful of them. Bluey on iPlayer on volume one is better for everyone than a shouty hangry toddler. Kids have been given things if they’re bored at dinner for years, I’ve got vague memories of being given my dad’s phone so I could play Snake when I was little a couple of times at dinner if I was bored. I guess the difference is that phones these days have a lot more noisy options then there were back in the year 2000. The cat has suddenly decided she doesn’t like the really expensive cat food shes had for a while (as it was the only one she would eat) Tried different flavours, but no. Much meowing and accusatory looks. So I have just bought three different types for her to try and started with the really cheap one – which of course she gobbled up. *sigh* Probably wont last though – she’ll be insisting on choice cuts with gold leaf soon I expect

And how come so many cars appear to have no working indicators? I’m not psychic mate, I don’t know you’re going round to the Buck Fiden Political 2024 red blue shirt and by the same token and third exit if you don’t tell me! An Amazon delivery driver put my package in the green bin on top of a bags of dog poo (usually they’d use the blue bin). I only found it by chance and there had been no communication that that’s where they’d left it i had this: royal mail had put the book behind my bin, didn’t update the tracking nor leave a card through the door, so it was there for 3 days and it rained for all of those days. SO annoying I feel absolutely rubbish. I’ve managed to avoid illness for almost two years, come home for a week and bam: nasty cold-type thing. So now I’m moping about feeling sorry for myself. Can’t do anything productive because my face and head hurt, can’t do anything fun because everything else hurts too. I feel like a bit of a wuss but I just don’t seem to deal well with illness.
