Agreed. Yes I cringe at the looks but tbh I just don’t care bc I love her. Kinda similar to how I felt about Spankie It’s the same as Selina estitties, they’re great contestants I genuinely don’t care, also, so much of the shit on this runway is and has been hideous over the years I was able to forgive Selena because her outfits were camp and her concepts were unique, even if the execution was bad. Lala, as much as I love her, is giving bad execution and bland concepts, which is harder to forgive. I was so excited because she kept talking about how the bag look made her so successful. Now she has even more golden boot contenders. Her looks were better her original season but that’s not a new thing either. She’s a joy to watch and that’s all I care about, fashion queens are a dime a dozen, few are as enjoyable as Lala I just think Lala needed more time in between going back to All Stars and her original season. She has the charisma, she has the talent, and she has obviously improved in many areas of her drag; however, the taste, the polish, and style execution is just not here for me. I really love LaLa but I feel like runways of hers I do like are all the same kinda. Not quite as bad as the one trick pony Candy Muse but yeah. Just all the same silhouette.

Did I dream it or were a lot of the Breast Cancer Awareness Month In October We Wear Pink Flowers T-Shirt and I will buy this pre interviews going “Lala has had the BIGGEST glow up, you’ll be so excited with her runway looks this season”. I really hope I dreamed this because… WUT. See, I wasn’t impressed with anything she did on her original season and I’m kinda shocked the judges are letting her cakewalk through the competition now when there’s been no improvement. I’m sure she’s a nice person and all, but have no idea what the judges have gotten out of her this entire time, because I feel like her runways are always bad and her challenges are usually slightly below average, so I dunno. The first look is gorge but her third look is wack, the caramel parts are poorly executed, it doesn’t look like caramel but weird brown flakes? Dried leaves? And Lala please, if you’re gonna do the kinky tux reveal… if it’s not going to be on that level you’re going to be read for it no matter what
