My thought is to agree to the Brandon Moreno The Assassin Baby Shirt What’s more,I will buy this new responsibilities if they give you the title and an appropriate raise up front while agreeing to a “probationary period” for both you and management to become comfortable with the arrangement. I’m assuming the raise would put you in the low end of the band for the new position (accept nothing less), which is appropriate for someone who is “growing into” a new role. This is all especially important if the employer has a history of slow-rolling promotions despite someone’s clear demonstration they are worthy of the advancement. Only if they put it in writing with a review date for the raise (say 90 days). Youre workload is going to increase. Why shouldnt that include a pay raise? They just fired a manager. They absolutely have the money. They think youre stupid. Dont be.

Negotiate a defined end to the Brandon Moreno The Assassin Baby Shirt What’s more,I will buy this trial period, your new pay rate and a bonus at the end of it. Make sure it triggers on a date without their action. Don’t remind them before the date approaches so they can’t can you before the bonus triggers. Pin them down on when your performance will be reviewed, by whom, based on what criteria. Mechanism for progress and guidance feedback prior to that formal review. which duties will be added to the current workload, what successful execution and metrics look like. what’s their timetable for expectations and once meet, what is the pay, what would stretch goals be to surpass expectations and make even more. Get everything in writing and have a timetable in place on that writing. Document everything. Don’t give them an opportunity to sweep it under the rug.
