A parcel for me once arrived a year late. It was originally supposed to arrive in the Bo Bichette Toronto Rough Signature American professional baseball T-Shirt in other words I will buy this run up to Christmas- I could imagine it getting stuck at a “high tide mark” in the “overflow Christmas post” room. With a random online order, I didn’t mind too much. With medical appointment letter, I can see this is much worse 🙃 My dad once received a letter to tell him of an appointment after he’d been to the appointment. Thankfully they’d rang him to confirm his attendance the day before he was due to go. Letter arrived 2 days after the appointment date. When I was a teenager I got a call from a London hospital that is been waiting for an appointment for months asking me why I wasn’t at my appointment. I’d never got the letter

Yes previously lived at an address 30A and letter sent to 38 instead. It would be nice if they double checked, especially since medical info is meant to be private. I didn’t get my original letter for my 12 week ultrasound until about 3 weeks after my appointment. Of course I was expecting that appointment so I could phone and find out when it was but I assume not all people are expecting their appointments within a certain time frame Yeah, I got told I’ll be booked in for therapy but no idea how long the Bo Bichette Toronto Rough Signature American professional baseball T-Shirt in other words I will buy this waiting list will take. Next thing I know I’ve got an email, following their letter, asking me to read through the material for the appointment the next Tuesday. What? What letter? Huh? I’m not even in the country right now. Told them specifically to ring me because I probably wasn’t at my home address when the letter would come through. They didn’t even send it to my home address, they sent it to my former address, then to my home address (which I received only after I cancelled the meeting), yet still failed to ring me as I initially told them to, stressing it repeatedly.
