I worked at a prison 10 years ago on 8 hour shifts. My time was 4pm to 12am. One year I volunteered to work a double shift for 12am to 8am on spring forward dst because I know I would only work have to 7 hours and get paid for 8. I heard that for fall back when the Best Methsyndicate Borat Voice My Wife 2024 Shirt and I love this 12 to 8 shift had to work the extra hour on that Sunday that throughout the week some officers were told to come in late one hour or leave one hour early one day. My mom’s current job is 7-7, so when night shift falls on daylight savings, they do 7-7. So a full 13 hours, and they get paid for all 13, and I’m fairly certain they get time and a half for the extra hour Used to work night shifts. You start and end at the same time as before. At this time of the year, you work that extra hour and get a free hour in the spring. At my job your shift is now a nine hour shift and you’ll get paid for the extra hour. And since it’s on Sunday you’ll also get double rate for that hour (and your whole shift).

You get paid for the Best Methsyndicate Borat Voice My Wife 2024 Shirt and I love this duration of work irrespective of the clock. I was one place where the system basically had to shut down for tracking purposes for an hour. It was cheaper to do something else for an hour than pay to reprogram everything. Was mostly driven by thee Europe and us schedule for summer time being different and server sitting in Europe but plant in US. You know who really gets the shit end of this? Bartenders. In my state bar close isn’t until 2:30am. Everyone knew there was ‘an extra hour of drinking’ that night and would let loose. But they did not force us to close an hour early when the clocks moved forward, so people also went hard for that evening also. The bartenders never get their time back- I did get paid for those hours though!
