A social contract written at the same time between the student and the school admin saying “I AGREE” to this behavior contract and rules. And after 3 violations – I’m out” Despite IEPS or Behavior in all classes. Special Ed – should be behavioral and physically disabled in separate places. Any child with a keen mind, but a body that doesn’t work so well – should be in a classroom with other kids and an aid if needed. If the MIND does not work well and is a danger or problem to learning – they need a special classroom or to work from home with a tutor or a special school even.
