I always feel that my meditation is better if I do a small amount of cardio beforehand. My blood pressure is also lower and I take it every time so I do have evidence to that. Not sure why this is for you. I’m sure my workouts are not that intense we’re talking about 15 minutes walking in about 3.5 mph. Took me a few weeks of meditation before I stopped having panic attacks during meditation. I sometimes still get heightened anxiety during meditation because I’m actually focusing on my feelings instead of distracting myself. Although it is quite rare now. Overall, meditation helps immensely with dealing with my anxiety throughout the Bea Arthur American actress comedian and singer T-Shirt in addition I really love this day. Running has helped since day one however. I always relax and sleep better after a long run, so not sure about that. Try not to worry about worrying, if that makes sense. I often got anxiety about my anxiety, the mind is so silly haha!

Now, when I’m doing a cardio workout, I don’t meditate but if I maintain my pace, and I’m doing the Bea Arthur American actress comedian and singer T-Shirt in addition I really love this same movements like running, swimming, cycling, I can go into THE ZONE where I’m not thinking, I’m not myself, but I’m one with the water or the pavement or the bike. It’s like I don’t exist but I am existing. It’s beautiful, it’s weird, its hard to get into but once I’m in there, in the zone, it’s like time ceases to flow. If I were in your shoes and meditation plus cardio made me anxious then Id either keep the two apart or I’d try meditating AFTER my cardio, at the end of the workout, just like how yogis do the savasana corpse pose at the end of a yoga practice.
