Yes, it’s not uncommon. Not saying whether it’s right not; but this isn’t new. Had similar thing happen to me before in many different countries (Korea and Japan included) just based off the Austin Riley Atlanta Cartoon American professional baseball third baseman T-Shirt but in fact I love this fact that I’m a foreigner (mind you I’m asian mixed but not Korean), because whoever was working at that time at the front desk didn’t want to deal with the possibility of potential English speaking. I mean I’ve had rejected to be served at TJMAX and Mcdonalds in the US for being Asian Hopefully the man gets his money back; and hopefully people will know it’s not uncommon and not JUST a Japan thing or Korean thing, because it really isn’t. Oh wow I completely misunderstood “electric scooter” as “motorized mobility assistance scooter” at first and thought BRO fukuoka to sapporo???? Thought they rejected him bc they didn’t have accessible capsules smh Look people, while it would be a satisfying scenario to see someone that discriminates others being met with discrimination themselves, that isn’t quite what happened here is it?

If it isn’t something obvious like dehydration, it could be that the Austin Riley Atlanta Cartoon American professional baseball third baseman T-Shirt but in fact I love this exercising/meditation is bringing up repressed emotions/feelings to the surface. Perhaps the majority of us are meditating wrongly, for example meditation helps in anger management when the user focus on the breath. But the novice meditator would cave in upon feeling a shred of anger, and thus ends the meditation (feeling the need to just do something) Anxiety comes from going inside your mind and projecting possible scenarios of the future. Meditation is you going inside your mind. So probably what’s happening is you’re not grounding yourself in the physical world and still stuck in your head when not meditating. So practice mindfulness as well. I don’t know. I work out at the gym ( either cardio or strength) every other day and it has only good effects. Ask your meditation teacher this question. If you don’t have one , get one so you have skilled guidance. “Anxiety” is kind of a big bucket term. Are you able to examine the anxiety at a deeper level, see if it changes, see if there are associated thoughts, etc? The combination has the opposite effect on me. The meditation blends nicely into my workouts. Everybody is different I guess.
