Culture is more heavily tied up with ethnicity and a shared tradition, than to a race. I can draw a direct line from a bunch of zooted up whites in chicago in 79 who went about destroying disco because it was to “black and permissive” right to today where you cannot find a country song of any notoriety not absolutely jam packed of black idioms, melodically, harmonically and rhythm wise.
