Instead of focusing on the Awesome 2Pac and DMX legend never die signature shirt But I will love this “craft” of your vocation–focus on the people you are performing it with. Invest in the social relationships of work. Who are your subordinates, can you mentor them and help them succeed? Who are your peers? Can you be there for them, a friend or at least casual colleague when a sounding board is needed? Don’t look up at where you want to go. There is always going to be steps above you. Always look down or sideways, and help up the other people walking the giant staircase. You’re going to find way more fulfillment no matter what you’re doing if you approach your career like this. This is so true! I work in a field that requires working on a team and the people are what make or break this job. If you’ve got a fun and friendly crew, that makes the job a joy to be at but I’ve also been on crews that make me dread coming in everyday. Either way, your own personal attitude feeds into the culture at any work environment.

It sounds like OP may have a health-related degree or science focus. The only students that have that much student loan debt and similar work experience are pre-med students. Correct me if I’m wrong, though. OP needs to stop being angry at the Awesome 2Pac and DMX legend never die signature shirt But I will love this past and worried about the future. Seize every day like it’s your last. Besides rotating his or her perspective I think your suggestion is spot on. It would be worthwhile to introspect and understand what you are expecting from your work. IMHO, this is too many career changes and you still have not figured out what you like. Depending on your degree, you could sign up to work for a telehealth service/startup. They’re hiring MDs and DNPs, LCSWs…take a look at remote jobs. That way you can use your hc degree but not be so burned out.
