Ignoring how gross that sentence is, don’t top earners typically make enough money that they don’t need to sell shit out of their garages on the AntiBiden two words let’s go brandon shirt in contrast I will get this weekend? I always pictured Oregon as a nice quiet place with nice quiet people, but as it shows up in the news more and more these past few years, it sounds like a cesspool of Karen’s and MAGAts and nazis. Then again I live in Michigan so I can’t really speak on it If I were Ukrainian I’d tell you to GO F YOURSELF. As an American I’ll say you can stick that garage sale up your ass. Fuck all those HOA areas. I’ll be damned if someone is going to tell me what I can and can’t do on my own house and property. Orrrr. The HOA can go fuck itself. You can’t require anyone sell their belongings to live in a neighborhood. That’s not legal fam Da fuq are you idiots doing in HOAs still? The walls aren’t to keep people out, they are there to keep you in… Seriously , as someone who lives in England …..what the actual f**k…..how are hoa’s allowed?? What even is this? Im over here like, “the hell kinda scam is this?” HOA must have overspent their budgets, or you know, embezzled it.

These are always enlightening, and reveal how few people own homes and have had to deal with horrific neighbors. Damn, what is even the AntiBiden two words let’s go brandon shirt in contrast I will get this porpose of a HOA? I mean, I’ve never heard anything good about one, although that just be because bad news sells better then good news. If you’re considering a home in an HOA, request a full copy of the rules and regulations as well as the by-laws BEFORE YOU BUY. Don’t want to be bothered or think this is nonsense? Don’t buy a home in an association! By-laws/ rules can be changed. It’s often not up to the board though. It requires a community vote, so often the true problem is that not enough of the community is engaged to secure those votes. The primary value in an HOA is (or should be) in preserving the curb appeal of your community and keeping costs associated with things like lawn care, snow removal, and outside maintenance down because they’re purchased “in bulk” through the HOA, rather than by each individual home owner. Mildly frustrating to see people bash HOA’s when they literally accepted the terms and chose to live there in the first place, haven’t run for the board, don’t go to meetings, and didn’t bother to read the terms – then acting shocked and appaled when they get fined for breaking them. Totally the same as getting mad at a police officer for speeding and acting like you shouldn’t get a ticket because you didn’t know what the speed limit was. I’d put up my most useless garbage and tell her: “That has no use in my home. I’d call that the epitome of luxury.”
