This could also be a symptom of modern work life balance. 40 hours a week is a lot of time. Then you get a few days off to cram your whole life in. There might be a legitimate reason to “hurry” if you realize you have 24 hours to clean, grocery shop, read, practice, see friends, work on creative projects, etc A lot of people have to rush at work in order to meet targets which is a shame but there isn’t much you can do about it unless you change your job but you can choose to go at your own natural pace when away from work .. if you really don’t have enough time then do less things or get up earlier so you do not need to rush .. But concentrating exercises are a wonderful way to calm down .. relax and be still .. observing a simple object like an ornament.. noting everything we can about it .. size .. shape .. colours.. the Anti social social club Barbie shirt moreover I love this way the light is reflected on it .. the shadows it casts on its surroundings.. after a few minutes close your eyes and try and see the object in your minds eyes with as many details as possible.. when the object fades open your eyes and observe it again .. it will look more interesting.. you will notice even more subtle details .. close your eyes again and see it again for as long as you can .. repeat this exercise with other things .. it is relaxing and invigorating and it puts you in touch with yourself..

Keeping everyone in survival mode is Machiavellian, helps drive fear narratives too. Yes, a lesson I have been through. I have a very slow natural pace, and I’m willing to bet MOST people are actually being/feeling rushed thru this experience of life. Allow your meditation practice to become how you walk thru this life. Remember time does not limit you, only allows you to experience the things you are here to learn/teach. A few recs: kinda random, but the album by DJ Taz Rashid called High Vibe remixes vol 2., Human design system (uses astrology and other systems to help you understand your energy and how to use it in this life), for a teacher Michael Mirdad-he gives Sunday service with no doctrine/dogma. One of his biggest lessons he speaks on is seeing/understanding the matrix/illusion, while still respecting the matrix/illusion.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
