There’s no way this is real. You can’t force people to sell their things and then steal a portion of the AntI Biden two words made in America us flag shirt in contrast I will get this profits. So – they’re supposed to have a garage sale they don’t want to have, to sell things they don’t want to sell – AND give 10% of the sales to the HOA? I wonder how many responses of “F**k you” she got? And if this was my neighborhood, and she tried to insist it was mandatory, I’d ask her to show me where in the HOA agreement it says that. Imagine a hardcore minimalist who owns a mattress, laptop, and a single dinner plate receiving this notification. Wtf ya gonna do now, Karen. Sell wet blankets! It’s not vulgar or explicit but makes a point. Get a bunch of your neighbors to do that kinda thing too and she’ll never pull that shit again. But I also don’t understand people that decide to live in an HOA community and then complain about all the AntI Biden two words made in America us flag shirt in contrast I will get this crazy HOA rules. You picked that community with those rules. If I lived in this neighborhood, this would be the last time that this happened. I would actually gleefully participate. I’d egg her fucking house if I saw that. Fuck that presumptuous bitch, not to mention you know that 10% is going straight into her own pockets How can someone force you to have a sale and then skim the earnings from money you made? Isn’t that just theft? Can the HOA just walk into your house and take 10% of the stuff they don’t think you use anymore? What’s the difference? Shit, just put out a garage sale sign, sell a mug for fifty cents and throw a nickel at the HOA lady. Oh wait, the organized crime syndicate mandates that you use Stripe so they can track your earnings. I’d find 1 item that I thought could sell, price it at $0.42. After fees, that would be $0.10. I’d then walk over to her place and flick a penny at her and tell her I’ve fulfilled my duties. That’s illegal right? HOA can’t make you do that. They can make you paint your fences a certain color and store your trash how they like. They can’t make you sell your goods This woman has huge “real estate agent” who claims her job as manager at a Starbucks is “for networking” vibes.
