This leads to good medicine but also a total lack of widespread availability. This way the American Medical Association gets to keep their, and their members labor, very expensive. This is why residency spots are very few, too. If the US stopped supporting Europe and ensuring a global order that protected the west and directed the world’s capital to their markets, Sweden would be worse off than Russia.
