i had normal courts too, nothing juvenile for me! must be nice for them to lock up an 18 year old and ruin my life for years because i smoked weed. now it’s legal! Did a week and caught a felony for an amount of dabs that is literally legal in my state now. Hope I hear from the American Flag Motocross Apparel Motocross Dirt Bike Shirt Besides,I will do this expungement committee… I mean yeah that’s the point lol to use loops to re-criminalize marijuana so they can put more and more people in jail. It’s that simple. This is a political play to increase revenue for a private prison company. It should be illegal as holy fuck, but this is what modern Republicans are down to. Yeah but think of the poor private prison industry. How are they going to keep making as much money while getting effectively slave labor if they stop having a constant inflow of pot smokers. /s

you don’t need to say ‘effectively’. it’s literally slave labor. The US constitution outlawed slavery except as a form of punishment. The 13th Amendment to the American Flag Motocross Apparel Motocross Dirt Bike Shirt Besides,I will do this United States Constitution provides that “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.” I only say “effectively” because some prisons pay the inmates a tiny amount for the hours worked. If they are paid then it could be argued they aren’t actually slaves. They are, but some may try to argue they aren’t. If this passes one would need to buy several hundred packages at a time in order to even buy one gram, it will kill the legal market and just drive everyone back to the street.
