Three times I saw flashes which puzzled me. I wondered if it could be lightning except it wasn’t raining and there was no thunder. It was only after the third flash that I remembered speed cameras had recently gone up. I was dreading getting three speeding fines and possibly nine points on my licence. However, I never received anything. So, maybe my friend was right and those cameras had run out of film.
