The other two were brothers who struggled to deal with any activity of daily living. They teamed up to install a window air conditioner in their second floor bedroom. The aftermath was one holding the Alex Criville 1989 Anderstrop Spanish former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer T-Shirt But I will love this cord that ripped out of the thing as it fell out the window, as the other looked down at the damage to the hood of the family car after the AC hit. There is/was a saying in the Navy. ” don’t nuke it”. Oddly it did not mean do not hit the red button and end the world. It meant stop overthinking/not thinking something out. It came from the idea that the nuclear technicians, the souls who ran the nuclear reactors where fucking the smartest of us all (well near the top) but the mother Fuckers could get lost walking to their berthing. Very smart, very well educated people but no common sense. You wanted common sense? Hunt down a upper enlisted boatswain mate. Considered the “dumb” job, these guys knew their shit.

You’ll never find someone more incompetent at basic tasks than an academic. All those years learning and dedicating their lives to being great at what they do that outside their specialty they’re about as much use as a teenager at best and it’s hilarious. Good friend of mine is a fucking amazing lawyer to the Alex Criville 1989 Anderstrop Spanish former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer T-Shirt But I will love this point she’s head of legal for the company she works but fuck me she is dumb as shit, absolutely no common sense whatsoever. My brother had this friend in high school and college who is BRILLIANT academically. The US government paid for him to go to college and get a specialized degree because they wanted him that badly. Dude only just about functions as a human being, though. When he and my brother were roommates, he literally handed him a stack of blank checks for him to fill out for him when rent was due because he would never remember to pay it, otherwise. He was an expert at breaking into his own car because he locked his keys in it so many times. He’s had food poisoning multiple times because he’d leave food out, forget about it, find it a couple of days later, and assume it had only been out for a couple of hours. He ended up getting married to someone who can remind him to put his pants on in the morning. Booksmarts just mean you’re good at books.
