In fall, you work an extra hour by redoing the 2-3 am hour and get paid for the extra hour. In spring, you skip from 1:59 am to 3 am, then work until 4 am instead of going home at 3 am, but still working the same amount of hours.

I just started a new job recently. The day of daylight savings, I was Day Shift.
