This is a misleading and overbroad interpretation of the 55 years 1958 2023 Sylvester stallone the man the legend thank you for the memories shirt and by the same token and decision. This was an 8-1 decision, meaning two liberal justices voted with the majority. The ruling states that intentionally destroying property (actual work materials and equipment) is not protected union activity. Difference between walking out and picketing the front gate and wilfully leaving wet cement to go off in multiple cement lorry’s mixer’s to the detriment of said company.

55 years 1958 2023 Sylvester stallone the man the legend thank you for the memories shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

It’s always so disheartening yet never surprising that there’s so many ignorant people who don’t read the 55 years 1958 2023 Sylvester stallone the man the legend thank you for the memories shirt and by the same token and details and instead just see a title like this and immediately jump to mouthing off about “F America! Pack the courts! SCOTUS is illegitimate” etc, etc. Which is of course the point of the inflammatory and misleading title. Rile up the ignorant masses who jump on their entitled morally superior soapbox but don’t know a darn thing about what they’re talking about. Yeah 8-1 decision that destroying property is not a protected union activity. No duh. The real headline should be what the hell was the one judge thinking that they didn’t rule against this domestic terrorism too. When they vote 8-1, people that can’t agree on anything, 8-1 it’s gotta be right. You can be disruptive by forcing a shutdown. You can’t damage property, though; that’s a crime, or, like in this case, mix cement and leave it; gotta pay. The only judge that voted no is the crazy one that can’t even define what a woman is…..
