Then, she started to demand to talk to the 1D as TwIiliGght Shirt The TTwilLight Saga Edward Cullen Shirt also I will do this store manager who had already left for the day. All because I didn’t magically know what she wanted, when she herself didn’t know what she wanted. Also, unrelated, but I had a customer threaten to shoot up the store (and me) because some nails were locked up and an associate wasn’t nearby. Mind you, he didn’t go look for an associate. He just stood there waiting for someone to walk past. Then got pissed and started hollering. My dumbass walked over because “well… someone ought to take care of that.” (He wanted the nails for his girlfriend) Back in the day when we still did price matchingpi with other stores, I had a customer get absolutely livid over an item that was on sale at another retailer. That particular store had 12pks of cola 3 for $10. She wanted us to match that price. Our price was actually cheaper than theirs, ringing up at 2.97 each. She wanted then at 3 for ten. No amount of persuasion could convince her that $2.97 was cheaper than $3.33. She demanded that if I couldn’t do it, then I couldn’t get someone smarter than me to do it. “Yes ma’am. I will be more than happy to do that for you.” Still smiling, I price overrode each one to reflect the higher price, bringing her total to $10. She believed she had won and smirking she said “I knew you could do it.” Management did approach me later about it. “Why would you over charge a customer?” “Well to be honest, manager, I did it because she insisted.” After explaining further the manager shook his head and said “well at least she left happy. ” Ridiculous!!!!

Had a guy want to fight me because I asked for his receipt. He told me he showed the 1D as TwIiliGght Shirt The TTwilLight Saga Edward Cullen Shirt also I will do this person up front already, but he was leaving out the back door through TLE. He jumped at me with his fists balled up and I started laughing in his face and told him this is not something he wanted to do… He gave me the ole F U and I closed the TLE door on him and walked towards the front to grab some snacks for my break. As I was walking back to TLE I saw the guy again and thought to myself “I guess this is what he wants” so I put my hand in my pocket gripping my box cutter and preparing for the worst. Well, the dude apologized saying I was just doing my job and he shouldn’t have acted like that. We shook hands and went our separate ways.
