Right? Only other time I usually hear that word is in phish song. Also, really fuck that weird, creepy ass sack of human decomposition. And his wife too, she a hoe. Isn’t Clarence Thomas whole point of becoming a Supreme Court Judge was to fuck everyone he hated by passing rulings with malice because articles were talking about his perspective on people as he grew up? Nah, he is thinking the 13 Years 2008 2021 Step Brothers Will Ferrell John C Reilly signatures shirt in addition I really love this judge is soft. “The brother could had a lifetime pass in all parks…” – probably Clarence “US District Judge Mark Walker recused himself from Walt Disney Co.’s lawsuit against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, citing a potential conflict because a family member owns stock in the entertainment company. DeSantis had sought to have Walker removed from the case, arguing that he could not be impartial given comments he had made about the company during hearings in two previous unrelated cases.” I’m not a stock expert or anything, but more broadly doesn’t a conflict of interest require the investor to have the ability to direct funds into a specific place? Since an index fund is either managed without investor input, or automatically rebalanced every so often across a bunch of different stocks, an investors influence here would be incredibly tiny at best, as they could do something to boost the value of Disney but not anything else in the index? So at the most they just know what’s in the index? Or in the case of a double blind index which some propose we require politicians to be invested in, they don’t know what index’s they’re in, so can’t even control that aspect of it?

I was referring to being able to influence events that would impact the 13 Years 2008 2021 Step Brothers Will Ferrell John C Reilly signatures shirt in addition I really love this value of the item under question. Disney currently makes up 0.45% of the S&P500 by weight there doesn’t exist an inherent conflict out of the potential profit from any external decisions made. There are more narrow funds where participation could create an influence if it were to involve an entire market (housing/healthcare/etc) The threshold on ETFs is something like 10%, ie if Disney is a component in an ETF with less than 10% of the fund being Disney shares, it’s fine because it’s not enough of an interest to be material to your portfolio. Above that and you can get into situations where you may want to sway things Disney’s way due to the personal gain you would get. Walker on Thursday called the motion filed by the state “meritless.” But he said he’ll remove himself from the case because he discovered last week that an unidentified “third-degree” relative of his owns 30 shares of Disney stock.
