I don’t know if I can link to YouTube on this sub, but if you type “Hikvision Pukeahu National War Memorial” into Google, a Hikvision corporate video comes up and explains it. 1 day agoA lot of small town NZ is like that, apart from the 11th anniversary 2012-2023 Chicago Fire 10 seasons 200 episodes thank you for the memories signatures shirt Apart from…,I will love this more hippyish ones. Im not sure you are going to get used to it if you aren’t used to it 18 months in? D: thats true, im born n bred in a small town way down south (less than 2500ppl) and know what u mean. The house/property we bought is amazing and we are in a sweet part of town, the neighbours are awesome and we have friends who live in the block, so it’s pretty good. ive got 29years of mortgage left, ill get there! cheers It may be in that Canterbury is in a relative sense the Texas of New Zealand but the US is so off the scale in so many ways that it wouldn’t surprise me if Canterbury was, for example, less religious than the least religious US state.

I’ve been here for about the 11th anniversary 2012-2023 Chicago Fire 10 seasons 200 episodes thank you for the memories signatures shirt Apart from…,I will love this same time, came down from AKL and honestly find the people pretty great and haven’t encountered any skinheads or religious/conservative types. Vast majority of people seem pretty normal. Some areas are Bogan as fuck, but that’s no different to anywhere in NZ. The drivers could be better and the Ute drivers in particular do drive like utter cunts though. You call out churches and conservatism in Canterbury when Auckland is the home of Destiny Church/Brian Tamaki or Arise Church from Wellington ? Ignoring for a moment if you will the entirety of Christchurch is in the hands of a Labour MP and it is only the Rural areas that aren’t. Yeah, seems to happen a bit on here on r/newzealand when it comes to Christchurch. Even from a reddit perspective when you compare the Auckland and Christchurch subreddits, the former has plenty of outright racist comments and in the last few weeks, transohobic while it’s a rarity to see such comments on the latter. I feel like I see far more EVs on the road in Christchurch then I ever do in Auckland (seems every third car here is a Leaf), while the city as a whole has cleaned up its smog issues from the past by putting an end to burning dirty things to keep warm in the winter. YEEHAWWish I could listen to the talk right now as I wonder how much is organic and how much has been manufactured. We know bot farms follow round the hate-mongers like that lady, but doesn’t help when like-minded folks seem to parrot all that nonsense without giving it much thought… High profile offshore backers of Posie Parker including the author JK Rowling have singled out Lal, leading to a deluge of horrific transphobic messages from within New Zealand and from overseas.
