I went to the pharmacy to pick it up and the pharmacist informed me that’s it’s not safe to take in pregnancy and refused to dispense it to me. I went home and did my own research and was mind blown that an OB would push that drug.

Dang seeing this and peoples comments i am so sorry for everything that had this happen and for OP. When i was pregnant i went to the Zoombinis Gmae shirt But I will love this mental hospital ( baby daddy lied about shit im not crazy lol) and they had me take zoloft. I tried it once and after that one time i was like HELL NO. I got dizzy and i felt super spacey and I felt like the baby even was telling me no. Im so glad i never took it again. Idk why doctors try to prescribe it to pregnant patients when it can effect like that. You’re not supposed to take SSRIs or SNRIs during pregnancy, whoever put you on them as a prophylactic for PPD needs to be investigated, they potentially put yourself and your child at risk for a potentiality.
