I bought my first home(~$445k) this year by going halves with a friend(and we rent out the Young Sleepy Goku Dragon Ball shirt Apart from…,I will love this other 2 rooms). My only help other than splitting the purchase was a ~$3k grant my government offers for first home buyers. I dunno I guess just not having kids helps a lot, I am very conscious of trying to find the best deals when I buy stuff, and I don’t have expensive hobbies, I just game a lot when I’m not working or socialising. I avoid subscriptions and reoccurring costs as much as possible. I drive a cheap car. It’s a struggle. When my lease ends next year, I’m moving back in with my parents to regroup. My mom has been telling me to move back and stop paying high a** rent. I’m in my 40s with a kid. I’m so thankful they are willing to help. I’m lucky Cut out anything extra, especially reoccurring payments. Make your own food, pack your own lunch, make your own coffee. Don’t spend too much on housing (live within your means). Make sure you are being paid appropriately for your job. Get an education in an in-demand field. Save for the future.

You can get quite a home collection if you’re varied in your drinking, and have a dubiously ethical approach to ownership. I have so many fucking stolen glasses. I don’t even mean to steal them I just get up to put them away and forget. Many bars in the Young Sleepy Goku Dragon Ball shirt Apart from…,I will love this US over the past several years have done “Steal the Glass” night where the first 50-100 people (it varies) to order the beer of the night get to keep the glass too. They’ll usually wash it out for you first. Sometimes they’ll have more left the next day if not too many people ordered it. I’ve gotten some really cool glasses that way: Delirium, Kwak, Spaten (liter stein and 2 liter boot), Aventinus, Duvel, Chimay, Kasteel, Hobgoblin. It’s getting less popular since all the pint-heads now have full cupboards. I adore my Kwak glass. It’s always a hit when I pull it out around guests. That and my Westvleteren glass are my personal favs.
