If you’re an IITian who’s done Computer Science, forget the Yoda Slytherin Star Wars shirt but in fact I love this job. Instead, figure out a way to make money through a business where you set up the whole system and eventually make yourself redundant. The trap most people fall into is they trade their time for money (or a job) – this way you’ll work until you’re dead. If you have Computer Science skills, you can set up systems much more easily. Since you’re from IIT, you also have proven that you can put your head down and work super hard to achieve a goal you set your mind to. Both are winning combinations. Stop comparing yourself to others and instead follow your own path. Let your failures guide you, instead of bringing you down. You haven’t failed – you’ve just found out the paths that aren’t for you. Treat each failure as a learning opportunity.
