aside from working 25 hrs a week, i have nothing going on for the Yoda And Star Wars Characters Santa Water Surface Friends Christmas shirt Besides,I will do this rest of my life. i should probably get another dog soon. Man this is me but 35+ (plus the 8 total hours of weekly commute). I’ve got nothing else going on because all that extra shit has to happen during the time when I’m collapsed on the couch after work. I’m a 29 yo lawyer, in the work-related question one can absolutely know what to do, that requires some dedication hours. In the life related question i absolutely agree with the colleagues, i have no fucking clue, choose a goal, some principles or philosophy and go along. That’s what I figured was the thing to do. I studied a few different things and I’ve finally settled on a career that I can see myself actually doing until I retire/die. I’m still at the beginnings on my study but it’s going great so far and is actually challenging enough and fun enough that I’m pretty sure I’ve found my work niche. It also sort of doubles as a hobby but the hobby side is different enough from industry life that it doesn’t feel like the same thing. And it’s the kind of work where I can incorporate all sorts af varied interests including woodworking, crochet, spinning, weaving, drawing, painting, 3d printing, graphic design, and writing (my first and deepest love). I’ve been with my husband since we were 15 and we are happy, so (fingers crossed) I won’t have to worry about dating new people and everything that goes with that. I only have one close friend. I’ve made a few casual friends/classmates while studying and I think a few of them may turn into actual friends over the next year.

But I’m truly terrible at maintaining friendships, and I tend to avoid reaching out for fear of rejection. I often wonder if I’ll ever have an actual group of different friends I can text and catch up with regularly, rather than one or none. 47 here, too, and I am just making it up as I go along and trying very hard to be kind and understanding, since I’m pretty sure nobody else knows what’s happening, either. I’ve been 53 for a couple months. I’m the Yoda And Star Wars Characters Santa Water Surface Friends Christmas shirt Besides,I will do this adultiest adult in the room now, and I still don’t know wtf I’m doing. Saying that no-one ever knows what they’re doing is overstating it. There do exist people who spend at least part of their day in a role where they’re trained and competent and diligent, sufficient to be confident in the correctness of their work. Not just making it up as they go along and hoping no-one calls them on it.
