OMG, he was a nightmare and the biggest bully in the organization. He also oversaw contracts and because I was in a dept that drafted up a lot of contracts he would give us a very hard time. He didn’t like me because I’m a POC and a woman, once again I tried to brush it off and keep moving forward. It was an incredibly toxic work environment, my manager had no spine and was also insecure and a micromanager. Things came to a head and I ended up having to quit that job for my own well being. I should have filed an EEOC complaint against that jerk, he ended up getting fired 3 years after I left when a new head of org was hired (a woman), and he couldn’t handle it.
