My dad’s mom would do this to me all the Yair Rodriguez El Pantera Grunge Signature Mexican professional mixed martial artist T-Shirt moreover I love this time. I have a complex from it now. My mom got on her about it too because I would come home crying about it. She’d literally put as much food on my plate as my dad had then get mad at me for not eating it. I’d have to sit at the table, go right to bed after or be yelled at for not eating what she gave me. My mom stepped in and would tell her off but it didn’t stop ever because this happened well after their divorce. Ha! Sorry, my son eats French frys, peanut butter crackers, fruit pure pouches, and milk. He will occasionally try a new food act like he likes it and then halfway through starts throwing it on the floor for the dog. Trying to get this kid to eat something he doesn’t would be harder than getting into Fort Knox. We have talked to the pediatrician every visit and explained what he eats and doesn’t eat, she says he is fine, they watch his growth chart and do blood work to make sure he is getting his nutrition met, but are fine with him being picky.

It makes them develop a bad relationship with food honestly. From my parent’s perspective, I think they truly just meant well. I think a lot of people still have Depression Era eating habits that have just been passed along through family trauma. my parents used to be like ‘it’s lunch time. it’s supper time. you have to eat.’ they are also a good reason why i don’t have a healthy relationship with food as an adult. I never forced my children to eat everything on their plates, I also gave them portions appropriate to their age, I felt that making meal times a drama creates fussy eaters! 179 more repliesPeople don’t hunt as much as they used to so are the Yair Rodriguez El Pantera Grunge Signature Mexican professional mixed martial artist T-Shirt moreover I love this inexperienced with the hard part of hunting, the butchering, a wild hog is really palatable if it’s butchered and prepared correctly. Most folks just have it processed by a shop and pay more than it’s worth. You have to get them gutted and hung really quick and the meat spoils fast so you’ve got to burn the hair, quarter out the carcass and get it all on ice or salt a lot quicker than venison or elk. After that you get it home and finish butchering it in a cold space like the barn or a garage with good ventilation, you have to have your grinder ready, pork fat if you’re adding it, spices and casing for sausage and scrapple, have your cold smoker ready for hams, have your hams in salt and netting and brine the bacon so you can smoke all of that. Your shoulders and loins trimmed up, wrapped and put in the freezer for chops and roasts. The chitterlings, jowls, trotters and snout either need to be preserved, pickled or smoked, I won’t include cracklings because bore isn’t as fat or sweetly fed as pork but people do it. Then you have the remaining offal and bones and unused stuff you have to do something with. It’s a lot of work and most people just won’t do it anymore.
