See that’s the Witches party Shirt and I love this thing they always pull just under half the day and do it less than half the days. Like they know what they’re doing. But I’d like to not have to be pulled after my lunch 2 days a week to help a department that isn’t even behind on their orders. And have 15-16 people working already with more arriving. (I work 7-4)so the 11am people had just arrived during my lunch the 2pm ones will be there soon and it’s always JUST me. Like literally out of every person in the store me i’m a cashier anytime i’m told to go to ogp i kindly tell them no. i have also told my tl that if they do ever make me they will get a very low pick rate or whatever the equivalent is for the other parts of ogp

The way I see it is whenever you get pulled to do something else, take your sweet fucking time. You are not obligated to finish said work or even do it 100% correct. It’s not your fault that they can’t hire enough people for the Witches party Shirt and I love this job, the coach or team lead can’t get mad at you cause you technically don’t report to them. They will most likely never pull you to said department again. Yeah I’m tired of this. I work a position that’s $15/hour. But then a manager will make me cover someone else’s spot, do the same work as them, for an hour or sometimes even my entire shift, and I’ll be payed less than the other person in that department who makes $17/hour. I’m doing the same work they admit is worth more pay then get less for it.
