Strangely enough that is one lasting benefit of covid in Los Angeles. They made a temporary rule to allow bars to sell to go alcohol and then just never lifted it. Then there was some weird law I think where if a brewery sells food they can’t sell the beer they make outside the location, which resulted in a few microbreweries that couldn’t distribute their beer to stores because they had restaurants.
