Phew bro, I feel you. I’ve had abscess but it was right above my butthole. Took antibiotics and it came back. Had it removed in a surgeons office. It came back again and I had to go to OR to have it properly removed. There is a small sac that holds the pus. It must be permanently removed to get rid of it. Mine looked like a small white pearl.
