but! i got out of it for a while cuz i learned to do fishing licenses and cover electronics and seasonal and when there’s no one to cover for me i’m opd excused Just make them regret sending you without ruining the When This Baby Hits 88 MPH Shirt Furthermore, I will do this job. Do it slowly and safely. If you don’t know something that’s not obvious, really take your time figuring it out and asking for help. “I just wanna make sure I’m doing it right since I wasn’t trained for this” as you take 5 whole seconds to make sure every bunch of bananas is properly faced. When I got hired on in orientation they told us if we were to get pulled and go work and that area we would get paid for the work at that wage . I work in the deli so I never got pulled but my co-worker has but he always made the same since deli and bakery are the 2 highest when it comes to base pay

In the When This Baby Hits 88 MPH Shirt Furthermore, I will do this DC before I transferred into the freezer full time, I was Dairy Deli and when I’d get tossed in the freezer, id fill out a yellow slip and get my pay adjusted. Too bad they don’t do this in the stores. A guy I worked with said he called ethics for that and got back pay. He might have lied, I never saw proof but it sure sounds unethical to make you do a job and not pay you for it. I worked ON for 2 weeks and was told you don’t get the differential until 6 weeks so who knows. Honestly, at this point, I just wanna stop being pulled to that freaking department. When I was hired this time around worked here and I was told that I was hired i would get transferred to ogp as soon as we had enough people in the department I was in because I worked in ogp the last time I worked at Walmart. and then they turn around and gave me a bunch of reasons that I couldn’t transfer so I stop trying to and then went to sporting goods and now they won’t stop pulling me. You also got to think. How long is the one doing $15 helping out the ones who make $17+? Even if it’s just few minutes that should be fine. But doing it for over 30 minutes to an hr that’s where it’s crazy
