Electricity could be very expensive (like in some caribbean islands for example) and cost would vary greatly depending on whether guests use AC all day, or at night to sleep or not at all. So I understand why they do this but I would definitely be upset if this was not clear from the What The Hell The World Coming To Vintage Sunset The Bandit Movie T-Shirt and I love this beginning. So? We live in bermuda and run several airbnbs on our property, we don’t bill them for their usage. At most we might go switch off the ac if they’ve left it on and everything open once they’ve gone out for the day. You forget that everything costs more here, we just put a few kilowatts up and we may do batteries later but I think the panels alone were something in the low 10s of 1000s. Electricity is 66c/kwh here, we need to do a year before we can do a proper estimate but I’m guessing it’ll be 3-7 years full payback.

The area in “about this space” does not say that. how warm was the meat when it went in the fridge that it spoiled over night. how humid and hot was that location. Nah i don’t care that much about your meat I just personally would have cooked it up in the morning and eaten it anyway. I mean learn to search and read everything! Can’t believe in this day and age people are still surprised when all they had to do was educate themselves! And then say cause the host was late or other non-specific things about not liking the state of the unit that they justify they don’t need to pay something clearly listed
