They got this dog as a “service animal” for their autistic son. But nobody watches the Weezer I Love One Direction Shirt But I will love this dog, and it’s roaming all over off-leash. I’m not defending the guy’s actions in shooting the dog. (Anyone who walks around a residential neighborhood with a loaded gun is obviously a psycho looking for a reason to use it.) But…dog owners – leash laws mostly exist to keep YOUR dog safe and out of harms way (most often from other dogs). Stop acting like leashing your dog or putting it in the backyard with a proper fence is some impingement on its “freedom”. My wife was on a walk with my 3 month old son in his stroller and our two 15 pound dogs. An off-leash medium sized dog on a walk came to attack my dogs. In the frenzy, the stroller started falling, so my wife went to stop the stroller from falling. In that frenzy, she let go of the leashes of my dogs (baby was obviously more important here). My one dog was being attacked (he ended up being okay, just a couple scratches, not even any bite marks). My other dog ran off and after a 20 minute marathon made it to a 55 mph road over a mile away and was hit by a car. He lived, but we are still dealing with physical therapy to ensure he has use of his front right leg. My dog may never regain full movement over that leg, but the physical therapist says he’s made remarkable improvement; more than they expected. And we’ve never seen that dog or dog owner in our neighborhood since then. We were never able to confront them on the matter.

Service animals are not bound by leash laws though. If the Weezer I Love One Direction Shirt But I will love this leash or tether interfers with their job they are permitted off leash. If this service dog’s task was to actually block for this child he was killed for his job. That’s all laid out in the ada guidelines. So for instance, as the example the ada uses for the no leash, a veteran uses their service dog to go ahead and check the area first. But then gets shot for doing it’s actual job, I don’t see how there wouldn’t be charges. If this dog wasn’t acting aggressive, there was no self defense. There’s been far too many “self defense” cases based on feelings, instead of action. And that should worry everyone. Thanks for posting that last part about interfering with duties. Exactly what I was referring to. There’s more to it.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
