We were watching Alien one night and she came in and sat on the Weed don’t smoke in bathroom come out and share shirt but in fact I love this opposite couch asked what we were watching and then said something like ‘oh, I don’t like horror movies’. Sat in silence for a bit and then left. Apparently we were supposed to have put the movie off and watched something else. My mum saw a panther-like Big Cat on her way home from work one night. She’s told us the story many times over the years, so I’m familiar with all the beats of it, especially how she was too afraid to get out of the car when she got home, and sat in the drive for half an hour before bolting to the door. The last time a Big Cat sighting came up in the news, my dad told her story, beat-for-beat, as if it was his own. He was even describing the emotions as if he’d felt them, it was freaky. When we challenged him about it, he doubled down, and described the stretch of road it had happened on, as if that was proof. I think he still thinks it was his story and memory. Very weird. In school we had to do a desert island discs thing for English and one of the songs I chose was rocking all over the world because it had been playing in the stadium after we won the play off final which I went to with my dad.

Weed don’t smoke in bathroom come out and share shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I was talking with my friends about what we were picking and then when we went to present, my friend went first and said the Weed don’t smoke in bathroom come out and share shirt but in fact I love this exact same thing. When I was a trainee, I and the other trainees had a regular weekly meeting with our boss, and it was a ritual that he would tell us a joke. The joke was always the post-credits Alice/Geraldine joke from the episode of the Vicar of Dibley which had been broadcast the night before. I genuinely believe it didn’t occur to him that we might have televisions. I was a new employee at this company, and we have children as clients. I told one of the higher ups before the next client, that the client was a kid of one of the other employees. She told me no they weren’t, not to lie and then quizzed me on all the details. (I’d been working with the client for three weeks and met and worked with his mum). Well in come a whole bunch of other employees, and this lady starts telling them all “did you know the kid was a child of x blah blah blah” a) absolutely breaking their confidentiality for gossip, and b) she just told me i was lying about it!! Not quite what you’re asking. But someone I worked with listened to the same podcast as me which was loosely work related. We discussed a particular episode where the host discussed some change in the workplace to boost innovation.
