I see fake news starting to get recognized. Just write your fan fiction no need to send reporters to the We the people Ultra MAGA – AR15 USA Funny Pro Gun 2nd Amendment T-Shirt and I love this actual scene anyway. Of all the times I’ve heard the phrase “so and so is a no-nonsense judge,” this is the first time I’d believe that this is a nonsense judge. I mean MSNBC is only one part of this mess… personally I don’t think justice can be served when the whole case and everything around it is a mess. i mean, the right wing media doen’t even have to lie in this case to make MSNBC look horrible. this act in itself is horrible. Anyone on the left who has an ounce of integrity and an IQ above room temperature is shitting on this too. Every American should be pissed about this. Serious question, has there been any evidence other than this freelancer’s word that MSNBC or the producer directed him to do this? Everyone, when caught, scapegoats their bosses when theres an issue even if it isn’t true. I find both situation believable: the producer told the freelance to do it or the freelancer was trying to get a scoop and scapegoats his customer/client to get out of trouble. I dunno if you need to send someone to jail for a long time for this if proven true but a couple months is reasonable.

Was this freelance “producer” also wearing a black outfit and carrying an umbrella even though it wasn’t raining? This is sort of the We the people Ultra MAGA – AR15 USA Funny Pro Gun 2nd Amendment T-Shirt and I love this perfect encapsulation of what the problem is with today’s media environment. There is zero confirmation that this is what actually happened and people are jumping to conclusions before the investigation has finished, but corporate owned media orgs don’t have a lot of credibility to stand on so it’s easy to just run with it. Just mistrial this whole thing. If you want to retry do it privately. At this point no one on that jury can say they haven’t had some kind of tampering. From someone video recording them, or now this. Just mistrial retry it privately if they decide but what a circus. “After the jury departed, Rittenhouse attorney Mark Richards told the judge he feared that letting members take home instructions would lead to jurors looking things up in the dictionary or doing their own research.”
