In addition to criminal, you can also go after them civilly; you can get monetary damages for medical bills and pain and suffering. Go to the Wawa Eagles Go Birds shirt and by the same token and police NOW! Worst case is that this will create a paper trail, but I would hope that these people would be charged! (I am also a pessimist so there is that…) It’s Assault Causing Bodily Harm. A summary convictions is up to 18 months, as an indictable offence, up to ten years. Technically If it was actually completely unprovoked I’d call the police. If you did something I’d take the L, but if you did not do a thing that means they are dangerous and will probably do it again regardless of what you do. Just take your lumps and move on. If the guys get charged, they’ll be out on bail the next day and really pissed off that you charged them. Their bail conditions will tell them to stay away from your address, thus giving them your address. The cops won’t protect you and things could get really ugly. It sucks, but this is the state of our justice system. This s a troll post, right? Please tell me we aren’t actually graduating people from high school that don’t know that you report crimes to the police. Slim Shady once got beat up by D’Angelo Bailey. 1. Learn to defend yourself 2. hold them accountable (law & parents) 3. Get friends that would get beat up for you. I’m not accusing you of anything, but I found the wording of your original post odd. You said the dude accused you of calling his friend the n-word, then you go on to say you’ve never met this person, you don’t know who he is, and you’ve never spoken to or about him.

The first thing I would be saying is — I’ve never called anybody that word in my life. But you don’t say that. Are you known among your circle for dropping n-bombs even if it’s with an “a” instead of an “r”? If so, maybe someone like that dude or a friend of his overheard you, and thought you were talking about the Wawa Eagles Go Birds shirt and by the same token and guy. I don’t think white folks should be dropping that word ever but in no way was a 5 v 1 beating justified. No, I don’t drop that word at all. He was literally just trying to cause trouble, and my guess is that he needed to justify to his buddies a reason to beat me up. I did repeatedly say that ive never even met this guy and why would i call him that. Person in question wasn’t there and he said that thats what he was told and he trusts his friend over me.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
