But in the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this emergency scenario of Trump’s death there’s no reason the GOP has to pick Haley, and I really think they would not. Also her contesting the nomination allows him to push back in court dates because he has to campaign whereas if she’s out then he’s free until closer to the election. He will run from prison or hospital. Thr SCOTUS is in putin’s pocket and they’ll block the CO ban. Because they have a secret luigi board to contact the founders about what the constitution really means. I’m not rooting for her to win, but I hope she stays in the fight as long as possible, because the longer she stays in the fight, the more it hurts Trumplethinskin. Don’t be fooled. She’s not a good person. She absolutely will support him, and she would be just as bad if she won. Though I’m happy to see anybody enrage the orange rapist, ultimately it’s the same shit, different wrapper. There are no nice MAGAs. Nothing she says or does changes the fact that she will still pardon Trump if (not happening), she gets elected. Who cares. She’s an idiot who doesn’t believe in racism, Roe v. Wade, and said she would pardon Trump. She’s literally lite fascism. Same policies, less orange makeup. It really seems like once trump is out of the picture we’re going to go back to personality and horserace, policy be damned. Read the party platforms. Anyone who isn’t a millionaire voting republican is fucking themselves over.

Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt description

Nikki Haley is uniquely despised by both right and left. She’s a soulless political opportunist without an ounce of spine. Attacking Trump is all she has. That is the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this limit of her platform, beyond increasing the retirement age to “Die at your Workplace”, for everyone. Lmao yeah and yet she will STILL pardon him. This means nothing. Wake me up when significant republicans say something Isn’t Haley in the race still based solely on the hope that the orange blubber ends up in jail and she is the last one standing? If she had come out of the gate swinging like this, like Chris Christie did, I might give her a little credit. However, like Mike Pence when he refused to go along with the attempted coup on January 6th, it was too little, too late. They only find the guts required to stand up to Trumplethinskin after years of licking his boots, and only because they have nothing left to lose, or in Haley’s case, because it furthers her personal agenda. Don’t mistake this newfound ability to call out the most egregious shit Trump says/does as some sort of moral or ethical stance, because it isn’t. As soon as she drops out of the race, she’ll turn around and endorse him and start licking his boots again. Republicans are lying, fascist cowards.
I want to like Nikki. I really do. But there is only way to fight Trump – by fighting him. The only person right now who actively does that is President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. Once he gets reelected and we are in 2028, Gavin Newsome is my money for who the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this Democrat frontrunner will be. He is young, fresh blood and I think he is smart enough to appeal to a national audience AND the democrat base. He’s smart enough to avoid what Beto did and say “Yes we are coming to take your guns!” Absolutely foolish. So, while I agree with you personally, I do worry he would still be too ‘liberal’ for some — I say this as a blue voter in the south. I would vote for him, but I worry some/too many typically conservative voters who voted for Biden … would not see Gavin as ‘middle of the road.’ The problem is we really need a JFK right now (and no, this wannabe politik figure running on the Kennedy name is NOT that).

I am sure contemporary public perception of Kennedy was ENTIRELY different than the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this historical perception of Kennedy that we know today, but historically speaking I think it’s fair to characterize him as an American leader that put the country first and addressed social issues of the time in a pretty fair and reasonable way. The bar is so, so low for who would be a great President right now (a bar which I believe Biden exceeds amply). The problem is that, no matter what, social media will be used to poison and divide the country. And that’s no dispect to Biden – I personally believe he was/is the absolute BEST candidate for the country at this time. I think he’s exactly who we needed at the time here at home and abroad. I wish he was 10 years younger so people would shut-up. Same. And the BLATANT misinformation campaigns against him, even from so-called liberal media sources. They do nothing but slander him yet every single time he is on camera he’s sharp as a tack and gives incredible responses. Is he an old man? Absolutely. But who gives af? The dude aint orange-hitler and he’s doing his damn hardest to set things as right as he can. His policy accomplishments speak for themselves. He’s directly challenged Russia by supporting Ukrainian independence and NATO. He’s working to smooth tensions with China and keep that pandora in her box. He’s taken the student loan debacle head on and done literally everything he can without Congressional action – even going outside the power of the executive branch (per an EXTREMELY unsympathetic SCOTUS) to do so. He is successfully containing and ACTIVELY preventing a larger widespread middle-east conflict, and the man is currently trying to legalize marijuana for Christ Sake.
ALL IN ONE TERM!!!!! WITH A BROKEN AND DYSFUNCTIONAL CONGRESS. He even had a border bill worked out in the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this Senate. He went ON RECORD to say “If you get me a bill that gives me the power to shut the border down, I’ll do it. But you get me the bill.” But who is responsible for destroying a legislative accomplishment Republicans have fought for since Bush? Donald fucking Trump. In more normal times, President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr., would be known as an INCREDIBLY popular president. I am 1000% convinced the historical record will place Biden very favorably in the presidential records. Not even gonna begin to speculate on where, but Top Half for sure. In the least, I am optimistic he is setting the stage for future leaders to chart a better course. Build Back Better may become more than just an infrastructure slogan – it could be the embodiment of his presidency. Not that it will matter, they’ll line up behind the rapist and fraudster, she will as well as Donnie leads them into oblivion…
While I sort of admire the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this trolling she’s achieving, she’ll still pardon him if she succeeds and gargle his balls if she doesn’t so she can get fucked. She’s co-signed for him before. Nimrata is just telling people what she thinks will get her elected. She’s unhinged in her own way. I wouldn’t consider electing her a win. Cute but she still has no chance in hell and will capitulate with the eagerness of a dessicated tree hit with hurricane-force winds once she does concede. I’m not a Republican, nor a Haley fan at all, but the Democrats better hope she doesn’t somehow get the nomination, bc if she did I think she’d run away with a landslide by November. So right after saying she’d pardon Trump she’s back to going after him? She changes what she says based on who she’s trying impress. She has no beliefs she stands by when it comes to politics Wild to see how many people genuinely can’t (or don’t understand) the difference between Trump and a run-of-the-mill Republican whose policies they differ with. It. Is. Different. And if we go around hating all republicans like they’re “aLL nAZis” then we’re going to be asking for it when we get another Trump because y’all can’t differentiate and are hysterical over a run of the mill Republican. Yeah, she says all these things and then has no problem saying she will vote for him and if she wins she’ll pardon him. Go pound sand Nicky.
Idk maybe wishful thinking on my part but imagine doing all this to queue yourself up for the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this 2028 shambles of whatever the fuck the Republican party becomes after Trump Do people not realize that the right’s base is totally tricked by trump. She must know this, and it must be just posturing for some sort of position of power for later. I wish people would stop championing Haley simply because she is running against Trump. The two of them agree on 99% of the issues; she’s just a bit less brash. Do not fall victim to the bullshit. It’s nice to see her speak against Trump. But keep in mind she is not a great option either for our country. She’s pretty much on Trumps side and will support him once she drops. In fact, any GOP elected could do some pretty bad damages for what they have in store
She knows what shes doing. She has no chance of beating Trump and she knows it. She’s betting on prosecution taking Trump out before the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this election and thus making herself the default replacement. Ramaswarmy and the others bailed out so she can say shes the only one left.
“Youve seen Dan Schneider as….”The Rapist”, Now see him in his new film…..”Dan Schneider is…. A Stapler”” Had to see how far down I’d have to scroll to find this comment. If they’re both too drunk to consent and one isn’t forcing it on the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this other, it’s not rape. There is such a thing as poor choices all round without anyone being a criminal. If neither of them can meaningfully consent then it’s two people being stupid together, but cultural pressure says don’t ever think of it that way. Thumbnail is a blurry cut off picture of some dude cutting grass. Absolutely nothing to do with any court proceedings I only did a Google search on it, but it seems like the person who makes the accusation has to provide proof for lack of consent to the accused. Apparently, rape convictions are notoriously hard to obtain, but successful ones depend heavily on witness testimony, video and audio evidence, and text messages. You don’t need to have someone convicted of rape to destroy their life. All that is required is a report and some sob story to the newspaper and that life is now ruined. Even if deemed innocent society as a whole won’t care. Yeah know one case where messed up his ability to re enlist even after it had been proven it was a bs story and she recanted. He spiraled down hill after that. This is the problem with the idea of protecting the identity of the accuser. If you’re going to protect the accuser, you also need to protect the accused. Innocent until proven guilty, right? Well then both identities should be protected until there is a verdict.
Instead, as soon as a man is even accused of rape, his life is over. Even if she is outright lying, and later says that it was an outright lie. And I specifically say a man because most of the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this time if a woman is accused it’s literally laughed at. Fun fact: that’s actually how California law technically handles minors having sex. Two 17 year olds having sex with each other are both victims and perpetrators because neither could give consent. It’s not enforced that way, but that’s how the law is. Black and white, no Romeo and Juliet, no teenagers allowed to consent to eacher; you’re either 18 or you’re not. Wisconsin has the same thing. A 17 year old is an adult for the purposes of being a criminal defendant, but a minor for the purposes of being a victim. So, two 17 yo that have sex with each other can mutually be charged as adults for having sex with a minor. Inevitably, it’s the parents of one of the kids that throws a fit over it. Smart prosecutors leverage that rule to inform them that if he charges one, he’s charging both. The parental desire to flay the other kid is generally tempered really quick.
It’s actually enforced all the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this time. There’s dozens of cases of teenagers going to jail for this or exchanging photos, and being on the Registry for life. The youngest was a 9 yr old kid playing doctor with a 8 yr old friend and mom pressed charges. Also prosecutors will sometimes wait for the kid to turn 18 , if they were 16 at the time, so they can charge them as an adult and give more jail time. 99% of the time the male is charged but the female never is. Double standard by the law. Shouldn’t they be tried as a child or as an adult based on their age at the time the events occurred and not at the time they’re charged? They should charge it based on when it occured but then again courts also have a history of charging boys as young as 13 as adults in criminal trials… I think no sex while drunk is complete bullshit but the depth should be the same regardless of whether you have an inni, an outie or other
My moral code says that its fine as long as they’re around the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this same level of intoxication and one of them didn’t try to get the other intoxicated with the goal of getting in their pants easier. I’d like to add that it has to seem like all parties are into it as well. But honestly, it can be pretty tough to gauge Perhaps if someone’s at the point of being “tough to gauge” then they’re generally past a point of consent. Especially if they’re still imbibing or getting progressively more drunk as their body absorbs their drinks. Really this is the only thing that matters to me IMO. People of varying levels of self-intoxication (ie no one was drugged) having sex is way too common to try to draw a legal line as to who can be drunk and how drunk can they be.
The no sex while drunk concept, ignores thousands of years of humanity intentionally lowering their inhibitions against things they otherwise wouldn’t do with alcohol, AND the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this very concept it espouses to protect against, which is that while under the influence we are incapable of being responsible I feel like a reliable rule for sex while drinking is “enthusiastic consent only.” Lack of objection is NOT the same thing as consent. Seriously, if drunk sex is rape, then I’ve been raped hundreds of times. I’m an alcoholic, the majority of times I have sex I’m drunk, including in long term relationships. Every time I’ve had sex with someone for the first time, I was drinking (and most of the time so were they). Bars, clubs, parties, college in general, everyone is trying to hook up, and alcohol is used to make the whole process less stressful or more fun. I can’t believe anyone is trying to say this with a straight face, when 99% of people have hooked up with someone consensually they met at the bar, club, a house party, etc.
There is a pretty obvious difference between getting drunk with someone and then having consensual sex, and purposely taking advantage of someone who is blackout drunk. I feel like as long as both parties are proven to be drunk, it shouldn’t be an offense since if neither gave consent it kinda evens out Not just that, but for criminal charges you have to prove the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this mens rea, or “guilty mind”. We often overlook the idea because the guilt is in the commission, but intoxication is a defense to some crimes if you’re so drunk you couldn’t legally form the will to commit the crime. DUI, of course, isn’t one of those with that type of defense. I mean even if one person drinks and the other they are dating/seeing/married to is sober (say a former alcoholic), as long as the other person self intoxicates and the encounter is mutual (both people into it), that would be asinine to say that is rape.
I remember some posts around that time, where a handful or more of guys were waking up the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this next day and reporting sexual assault just in case the girl might decide later to do it. First one to the office wins, and I think the campaign died down after that because everyone would just be reporting each other as a CYA. Edit: Tried to look it up, but no combo is doing the job without a hundred articles on sexual assault statistics. It was over ten years ago when this campaign came out too, so that’s not helping. Not the guy you responded to, I once got a restaurant job because I went to a giant free booze party for the company to meet the boss lady. She was screwing a coworker. Both are married. Not the guy you responded to, but I used to work in a place that had several parties a year with open bars. At least one “oppsie” happened a year lol
Go read up on the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this late 90s/early 00s movie 40 days & 40 nights. You’ll rage when it gets to the end and his ex comes to his home while he’s asleep This was basically all sexual assault training I got in the military. Would start with a message similar to the poster and would devolve to everyone arguing how Jake could consent and Josie couldn’t when they were both drunk I’m assuming the insinuation is that while both are drunk and cannot theoretically consent, Jake is a man and therefore, as a man with a penis, he clearly initiated the sex. Which is grossly sexist and basically paints men as closet rapists, whose facade is discarded when they can’t hold their drink. It relies on the fallacy that men can’t be raped. Just like the idiots who believe a woman who is raped can’t get pregnant because “her tubes close” or some garbage, they think a man can’t get hard unless he wants it. I watched a buddy cry his eyes out because he was raped by a woman on his 21st birthday after drinking way too much. She said she was taking care of him and was his designated driver and he owed her. He said he could barely move and absolutely did not want to (he was in a loving relationship at the time and did not want to cheat), but she did a few things and “that body part” acted involuntarily and then he was being raped. Felt horrible guilty he couldn’t keep it down and couldn’t push her away. So it can happen to men as well, and can be very traumatic. Of course all of his other guy friends patted him on the back and congratulated him. I don’t think it even crossed his mind to go to the police. In his mind he was the guilty one. It was very sad. The dynamics are wildly different because our society is messed up, but I think both guys and girls are sometimes pressured by their peers to just drop it. It freaking sucks.
I remember batting off women in college at my own house during parties, one time this girl was following me around the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this damn house and I found her in my room… she was drunk as a skunk and definitely trying to initiate. No thanks. Yeah, my neighbor was a manager at the local Hollister, and he would always have an apartment full of girls.my roommates and I would go over and play cards and beer pong with them, but we cut that off after we got home one night to a 15 year old drunk chick naked waiting in my roommates bed. We always told the girls they couldn’t come to our apartment with us, because we were both in relationships, but she apparently just decided to sneak over before we left. We didn’t know until the next day how old she was, my roommate was really glad he turned her down, and we never went back over to the neighbors. its been 8years now but at the very beginning his mother accused him of raping me because I was drunk….. and I had to tell her and his dad (he was just in earshot I know because he laughed) that that’s absolutely not what happened and if anyone was a rapist here over last night it was me!
We didn’t get the Washington Commanders vs Detroit Lions NFL Divisional Jan 18 2025 Game On Sound On Big Screen Shirt Apart from…,I will love this poster, but we DID have the example of “let’s say there’s a van full of women who just got out of prison, and they’re going to take what they want”. I was kinda surprised they used an example of women on man rape. The women laughed. The men laughed. The instructors did not laugh. Do you like listening to music? Has anyone so much as mentioned alcohol? Are you a male? Congratulations, you’re a rapist, and a terrible human being. You should be ashamed of yourself! – Military sexual assault training, circa 2008(ish) If you willingly injest something you’re responsible for your actions. I don’t get to get drunk, drive and kill someone, then say I wasn’t responsible That’s what made me mad about this whole thing. They used this line of thinking at my university and I never understood how this is the one time you lose responsibility for your own actions, but only if you’re a girl
