So he was, after all, arrested for the Warning I May Start Talking About Camping At Any Time shirt moreover I love this video? Is it because it exposes To Lam? Cause you said normally the gov doesn’t care but they care now after the vid is viral. If they see him as opposition, they arrest him then. They didn’t have to wait until now. Vietnamese gov isn’t well-known for press freedom anyway, rank just above NK and China in press freedom index, why don’t they just squash him from the beginning, abide to 331 laws and call it a day? Why do they have to wait till he’s viral? Because when he is famous a lot of people will follow him, watch his fabricated, anti-government content and believe them (because if he is not caught, what he says is true?), especially young people who lack political understanding. Therefore, arresting him is necessary now.

Warning I May Start Talking About Camping At Any Time shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

That doesn’t make any sense. So the Warning I May Start Talking About Camping At Any Time shirt moreover I love this gov let him slide through even though he might fabricate stories and anti gov. But now, he is famous because he mocked a picture, we have to arrest him now. The picture was actually true, too. Arresting him is not necessary now or never. If he fabricate stuff, just show concrete evidences that the gov is clean. Slowly, ppl will dismiss the guy. Seems like arresting him attracts even more attention to the whole ordeal. But, he was not arrested for that reason alone. He has been affiliated with Viet Tan and other anti-government groups with clear images of him sporting different you-know-what-fashion. Furthermore, he was found with documents and evidences of such “crimes” (frankly, it is violating the laws and I am not saying it is justice or not). However, for what it is worth, his sentence seems light comparing to others and he might get out of it sooner than expected.
